About Us

Engineered Decommissioning. Turnkey Execution.

We work alongside you to identify your project's unique hazards, navigate regulatory compliance, and deliver turnkey solutions that protect your bottom line.

// Key Hazards & Capabilities

  • Cryogenic-first specialists — not a generalist contractor with a cryogenic line item
  • Five-phase methodology: assessment, hazard review, removal, transport, site closeout
  • Asset recovery offsets project cost — ASME U-1 documentation preserved for resale

Our 5-Phase Process

Assessment to Site Closeout.

Every project follows our proven five-phase methodology — engineered for safety, compliance, and maximum asset recovery.

Site Assessment & Valuation

Site Assessment & ValuationPhase 1

Multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental, and commercial audit. Structural analysis identifying aging infrastructure, pipeline corrosion, hazardous materials (asbestos, lead-based paints, hydrocarbon-contaminated soils). Asset recovery specialists inventory all equipment, cross-reference vessel nameplates with National Board database to secure ASME U-1 data reports. Deliverable: binding project budget, critical path timeline, comprehensive Site-Specific Safety Plan.

Permitting & Logistics Planning

Permitting & Logistics PlanningPhase 2

Secure demolition permits from municipal authorities and submit Notice of Intent (NOI) to state environmental agencies. Logistics engineers map heavy transport routes: bridge weight limits, overpass clearances, intersection turning radii for 30,000-gallon tanks or 40-ton compressor skids. Decommissioning HAZOP finalized — all contingencies mapped.

Purging, Disconnection & Dismantling

Purging, Disconnection & DismantlingPhase 3

Site physically isolated from active utility pipelines via blinding and flanging. Rigorous LOTO protocols across all electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Cryogenic tanks: residual liquid boil-off followed by heated nitrogen purge. Continuous atmospheric testing confirms 0% LEL and safe oxygen levels before mechanical dismantling. Cold-cutting tools (diamond wire saws) and non-sparking hand tools for piping separation.

Heavy Transport & Haul-Away

Heavy Transport & Haul-AwayPhase 4

Heavy-duty cranes (tandem lifts for tanks exceeding 15,000 gallons) lift vessels onto specialized flatbed and lowboy trailers. Resale-destined assets transported to refurbishing yards or direct buyers. Scrap metals and condemned equipment hauled to industrial recycling. Hazardous wastes loaded into manifested vacuum trucks and DOT-approved drums, transported to EPA-licensed TSDFs with unbroken chain of custody.

Final Site Remediation & Reporting

Final Site Remediation & ReportingPhase 5

Subsurface soil sampling and groundwater testing where spills may have occurred. Remediation if contamination detected (soil excavation or in-situ chemical oxidation). Final closure package: hazardous waste manifests, daily atmospheric testing logs, heavy transport permits, EPA site remediation certification signed by a Professional Engineer. Releases facility owner from regulatory liability.

Problems We Solve

Your Pain Points.
Our Solutions.

01 / 03

Operational Downtime

Surgical mechanical isolation, phased dismantling aligned with plant turnarounds, after-hours heavy lifting.

Environmental Liability

Licensed vacuum trucks, strict RCRA manifesting, total chain-of-custody documentation.

Budget Overruns

Comprehensive Phase 1 assessments; asset recovery revenue offsets demolition costs; fixed-price contracts.

Transport & Permitting Headaches

Dedicated logistics engineers, established regulatory relationships, oversized load permitting handled turnkey.

Safety & Catastrophic Incident Risk

CHMM/CSP-certified leadership, HAZOP studies, daily JSAs, LOTO, Stop Work Authority.
